Woven is looking for a Sales Development Representative to be part of our energetic and competitive sales team!

We’re a VC-backed, remote-first SaaS startup founded by 3 engineers in the Midwest. We’re growing quickly because of our effective outbound strategy, high close rates, and high net revenue retention. We aim to continue this success by onboarding a Sales Development Representative who has the ability to prospect into new accounts and maximize our sales opportunities.

On a give day, you will:

Run cold call blocks using the best tools to maximize your effectiveness
Connect with new prospects to share how other Customers have gained value from Woven
Develop a plan to hit your meetings booked and qualified meetings goals
Connect with your peers to role play and learn how to get 1% better
Develop relationships with other Woven team members

Bonus points if you have:

1+ years sales and or prospecting experience
Sold SaaS
Experience working remotely

Compensation: $75k On Target Earnings (OTE), including a $37.5k base salary. There's no cap on your commissions and there are multiple reps pacing for $100k this year.
