Business Development Manager

Description

As a Business Development Manager for BoxCrush, you will be responsible for selling web design services, web development services, and digital marketing solutions to net new prospects. You’ll contact prospects, schedule appointments, uncover business challenges, identify opportunities for improvement, present BoxCrush solutions, and negotiate agreements with new business accounts. You will be accountable for hitting weekly metrics and meeting or exceeding a monthly sales quota. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, able to work independently, and focused on driving net new sales with support from the BoxCrush leadership team.

Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities while effectively engaging targeted prospects within a defined territory
  • Research, identify, and understand the business challenges of your prospects
  • Leverage outbound channels to make connections, drive engagement, and convert prospects to customers.
  • Build value-added relationships with key executives at small and medium-sized businesses across a variety of industries
  • Schedule and conduct discovery calls with prospects and manage the BoxCrush sales process to completion
  • Use CRM to record contacts, key conversations, activities, and sales opportunities
  • Stay up-to-date with new BoxCrush products/services/offerings

Required Skills

  • 2-5 years of proven work experience as a Business Development or Sales Representative
  • Excellent at prospecting, qualifying leads, and connecting with key executives at targeted prospects
  • Experience using CRM software to develop contacts, detail key conversations, track activity and sales opportunities
  • Excellent communication, presentation skills, follow-through, time management, and negotiation skills
  • Highly self-motivated and results-oriented individual who is able to work independently and as part of a high-performing team
  • Passionate about helping companies solve their business goals with digital solutions

Availability

BoxCrush® is seeking a full-time or part-time employee to work at its Indianapolis office.

Compensation and Benefits

Compensation includes a salary based on knowledge and experience. Perks of employment include:

  • Two weeks of paid vacation per year, up to two additional weeks of company-scheduled paid time off, and paid holidays that correspond with most school calendars
